My cheap attempt at a panoramic camera...take four different shots and frankenstein them together on the scanner bed. Our room had typical Las Vegas white walls and desert-colored carpet.

Kat will tell you that I scrapped my plans. She lies. Just because I label things with decorative borders...oh, nevermind.

What a cute grin! Lindsey came over in the morning to help me paint. You can see the "vintage" paint smudges on her shirt. She's experienced!

Ruby was our painting mascot and sometimes paint taste-tester.

Kat, next time you're going to take a picture of me, make sure it's not the south end.

Art project...I ripped apart a $5 Walgreens clock and painted the battery pack the color of the wall. I nailed home address numbers to the wall. It's looks kinds cool. You can tell it's late. I look a little bit punchy, don't you think?

I'm ready for my closeup, Mr. Demille!

Ruby helped Kat and I decide wether the black frames should go on the red walls and if the Oak frames should go on the light walls. She matches both color palettes. We held her up to each wall to make our decision.

This was the last picture on the camera, so it has the spooky poltergeist look to it. I wanted to show you the sweet, sweet Shakespeare posters (Hamlet and Macbeth)

The curtain wall with shelves. The martini glasses are filled with red salt. The top shelf has a picture hanger with no pictures in it (yet).

Bam! This wall really rocks the whole room. It's dramatic, I love the art, the furniture jives with it. Man, we're good. If you want to come visit me, I have a dead sexy room for you to stay in!
