Dear You-
Sorry we haven't talked. It's been a while, I know. My life seems rather dull at the moment, so dull in fact that you're probably already aslee-WAKE UP! I'M TALKING HERE.
That in my life which is not boring is depressing or pissy, so I have been sparing you my whining.
Plus, my camera's missing. I am supremely pissed about that one.
And the cat slept on my face.
And Bean learned to use sign language to beg me to play Veggie Tales again and again. Here's a sample conversation from yesterday:
Bean: [attempts to snap her fingers]
Me: Music? No sweetie. [rub my chest in a circle] Sorry.
Bean: [looks desperate. Snaps Fingers. Taps her chest]
Me: Music please? I'm glad you're polite, but no. You've watched enough today. [rub chest] Sorry. [Open my palms] How about a book?
Bean: [Snaps fingers. Taps chest]
Me: [Rub chest in a circle. Snap. Waggle hands in the air] Sorry, sweetie. The music's all gone for today.
Bean: (Yells and claws at my eyes.)
I wonder what the sign for martini is.
Edited to add: I found my camera. It was in the medicine cabinet of the guest bathroom. Yeah, I don't get it either.
