I'm going to see the Dixie Chicks when they come through Vegas in November. The last time they came through town, I was in the "Working 70-hours a week and so tired I can't think straight" phase of my life and couldn't break away from work to go see them.
They almost cancelled their Vegas date on this most recent tour because of the fallout from their brouhaha of speaking ill of the president. They went ahead with the Vegas date, and I'm happy to go, even though I'm not much of a concert person.
