Second Reaction: Cool.

I looked at the hedge clipper blades this morning, and I saw a little chunk of my thumb on them.

Now that the clippers have had a taste for human flesh, I think they will crave it.

Do not fear the clippers.

You know that if you go to the emergency room they make your thumb numb (like your brain) before they sew on it.
Also, the fact that you still have your thumb means you need more powerful hedge trimmers.

Yes, John, but you miss one critical thing: the numbing agent is delivered via INJECTION!

It's all academic, anyway, since my thumb is healing nicely. The acacia, however, continues to regenerate.
