Okay. I'm calm now. I still think that my boss is "Xerakefalo" as my Greek teacher would say, but I don't feel murderous rage anymore.
I might spit on his chapstick, though.
Posted by Jen at April 19, 2005 9:41 PMsend him a picture of his chapstick in someone's butt.
Posted by: kat at April 19, 2005 10:21 PMwow, did Brutus the 3rd grade bully hang out yesterday? what a feeble attempt at humor. to think you claim yourself as a "professional" or an "adult" is laughably pathetic.
Posted by: Satan at April 20, 2005 4:46 PMhuh?
Posted by: Jen McNamee at April 20, 2005 10:53 PMmaybe you should think twice about being innappropriate enough to talk shit about your boss on a public domain. and then think a third time about how sad it makes you sound.
Posted by: Satan at April 21, 2005 11:55 AMIf by "public domain" you mean my own personal weblog, and if by "inappropriate" you mean expressing my own opinion, then yes, I imagine that does make me sound sad.
Feel free to post your name at any time, BTW.
Posted by: Jen McNamee at April 21, 2005 12:12 PMyour own personal weblog for anyone and everyone to see... including people from your workplace, considering you notified everyone in the company of this thing the day you created it. yeaaah, reeaal personal. heard of a diary? maybe a journal? go ahead, keep posting your own opinions online.. you reap what you sew.
Posted by: Satan at April 21, 2005 12:21 PMWow...a vitriolic post from someone within the company who is moved to speak only when I criticize my boss. I wonder if this poster is, in fact, my boss. If so, "you reap what you sow " certainly sounds like a threat to my employment.
Please post your name.
Posted by: Jen McNamee at April 21, 2005 12:44 PMthis is not your boss (but i do respect him) and no one is threatening your employment. that is all you need to know about my identity. oh and your haircut looks fabulous!
Posted by: Satan at April 21, 2005 1:26 PMthe internet is never anonymous.
Posted by: kat at April 21, 2005 7:49 PMNo Kat, it's not anonymous. I know who Satan is. I traced the IP address and confirmed it with corportate headquarters. Satan's entitled to Satan's opinion, even if it amounts to belittling me for speaking my mind. If Satan feels that it is appropriate to threaten a lesser employee in a -as Satan says- public domain, so be it.
And yes, my hair is fabulous.
